Harish Rao Condemns House Arrest Over RTC Protest

BRS MLA T Harish Rao slammed the Telangana Congress government after being placed under house arrest before a protest against TGSRTC’s bus fare hike. Calling it a violation of Articles 19 and 21, Rao accused Congress of curbing fundamental rights and questioned Rahul Gandhi on restricting peaceful dissent guaranteed by the Constitution.
