Authorities have detained Pulwama electrician Tufail Ahmed for suspected links to the Jaish-e-Mohammed module behind the November 10 Red Fort blast. His role is under investigation as agencies track more suspects, including key accused Dr Muzaffar Ahmad Rather, believed to be in Afghanistan. NIA has arrested six so far, probing hospital-based weapon storage.
