CM CBN Aims For ₹1.19 Per Unit Electricity By 2029

Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu announced a reduction in electricity rates, highlighting that the unit cost has dropped from ₹5.19 when the coalition govt assumed office to ₹4.90. He further stated that it will decrease by 10 paise to ₹4.80 by March. The CM also shared his long-term vision to bring electricity rates down to ₹1.19 per unit by 2029.
