“Not A Terror Attack”: Union Minister Defends Badal Attacker

Union Minister Ravneet Singh Bittu defended ex-terrorist Narain Singh Chaura for his attack on Sukhbir Bada. Chaura claimed he opened fire at Badal because his emotions got the better of him. “When Badal himself admitted the sacrilege, Chaura got emotional and fired a bullet at him. It was not a terrorist attack. It was an emotional attack,” Bittu said, rejecting Khalistani or terror angle.
