Amit Shah Congratulates Chandigarh For Implementing Landmark Criminal Laws

Union Home Minister Amit Shah congratulated Chandigarh for becoming the first city to fully implement the landmark criminal laws: Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita (BNS), Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA). Shah stated these laws would be implemented nationwide within three years, calling it a “golden day” for India’s criminal justice system.
