Union Minister Pralhad Joshi blamed the Karnataka Congress government for the stampede at Bengaluru’s Chinnaswamy Stadium that claimed 11 lives during the RCB victory celebrations. Calling it a result of “poor planning and crowd mismanagement,” Joshi said the tragedy was avoidable. He urged the government to take accountability for failure.
