CITU & TG Farmers’ Bodies Call Statewide Protests Till Jan 19

CITU and the Telangana Farmers’ Association have announced a series of statewide protests from Dec 23 to Jan 19, opposing what they call anti-labour and anti-farmer policies of the Centre. Demonstrations will begin against the Electricity Amendment Bill on Dec 23, followed by black-flag protests on Dec 26. Art festivals will also be organized from Jan 1 to 19.
