SC Flags Trust Deficit Over Bihar Voter List, Urges Political Parties To Act

The Supreme Court cited a “trust issue” in Bihar’s electoral roll revision and urged political parties to engage actively. It allowed claims and objections beyond the September 1 deadline. The Court also directed Bihar’s Legal Services Authority to appoint volunteers to help voters and parties file corrections, objections, or claims online.
