The Biden administration on Tuesday confirmed that US Secretaries of State Antony Blinken and Defence Lloyd Austin co-signed a letter last week urging Israel to enhance humanitarian conditions in Gaza within 30 days. The letter warned that failure to improve aid access could jeopardize US military aid to Israel due to foreign assistance laws.
