UP Govt To Implement Stringent Laws After Incidents Of Spitting & Urinating In Food

In light of increasing incidents involving spitting and contaminating food, the Uttar Pradesh govt, led by Yogi Adityanath, plans to introduce two new ordinances targeting unsanitary food practices. The Prevention of False and Anti-Harmony Activities and Spitting Prohibition Ordinance 2024, alongside the UP Prevention of Contamination in Food Ordinance 2024, will impose strict penalties.
