Two Men Plead Guilty In Air India Bombing Suspect’s Murder

Tanner Fox and Jose Lopez have pleaded guilty to second-degree murder for killing Ripudaman Singh Malik, a Sikh man acquitted in the 1985 Air India Kanishka bombing case. Malik, shot outside his Surrey business on July 14, 2022, was previously acquitted of mass murder charges. The court revealed that Fox and Lopez were hired for the murder, motivated by financial incentives.
