The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has confirmed the Central Govt’s authority to manage Delhi Gymkhana Club amid financial misconduct allegations. It dismissed petition from ex-committee members opposing an April 2022 order that established a 15-member committee. The govt-appointed committee must complete remedial actions by March 31, 2025, and conduct polls within 3 months afterward.
