Telangana Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar gave a video message to motorists on the occasion of the Saddula Bathukamma festival. He said that on an average, 1,60,000 people die in road accidents every year across the country. He said, “Let’s follow traffic rules, wear helmet and seat belt. Do not drink and drive. That is an indicator of danger. Bathukamma, Happy Dussehra.”
