The govt of Telangana will conduct a door-to-door survey for digital cards starting Thursday, Oct 3. These cards will be issued under a pilot project across all 119 assembly constituencies, with a total of 238 villages. Govt officials will visit households to record the health profiles of families until Oct 7. Special officers have been appointed to oversee the monitoring of this project.
