Survey Reveals 75% Of UPI Users Would Stop Using Service If Transaction Fees Are Introduced

A recent Local Circles survey indicates that approximately 75% of UPI users would discontinue the service if transaction fees were implemented. Conducted between July 15 and Sep 20, the survey gathered responses from over 42,000 participants across 308 districts. It found that 38% of users rely on UPI for more than half of their transactions.
