Supreme Court To Hear Sharad Pawar Faction’s ‘Clock’ Symbol Plea Thursday

The Supreme Court has set October 24 to hear a plea from former Chief Minister Sharad Pawar, challenging the use of the “clock” symbol by the Ajit Pawar-led faction of the NCP, alleging a violation of a court order. The bench, led by Justice Surya Kant, requested the Sharad Pawar faction to specify areas of non-compliance and highlighted that the previous order was made with mutual consent.
