Reliance Industries’ Quarterly Profit Falls 5%, Jio Platforms Grows 23.4%

Mukesh Ambani-owned Reliance Industries has announced its quarterly results, reporting a 5% decline in net profit for the July-September quarter of the current fiscal year. In contrast, the net profit for its telecom division, Jio Platforms, on a consolidated basis, reached ₹6,539 crore, marking a growth of 23.4%. The company noted that it currently has 14.8 crore 5G subscribers.
