Police Arrest Owner Of Collapsed Bengaluru Building

Bengaluru Police on Wednesday arrested Muniraj Reddy, owner of the collapsed under-construction building that killed 5 people, charging him with negligence. Reddy’s son Bhuvan and contractor Muniyappa are also in custody for questioning. Earlier, Karnataka Deputy CM DK Shivakumar called the building illegal and promised stricter measures, including mandatory construction permissions.
