Plea In Madras HC Over Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Dress Code Violation

A lawyer has petitioned the Madras High Court, urging Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin to comply with the dress code for government officials. The petitioner, M Sathya Kumar, contends that Udhayanidhi often violates the code by wearing casual attire and displaying the DMK party symbol, breaching constitutional provisions and the Representation of the People Act, 1951.
