A 36-year-old Income Tax officer in Nashik died by suicide after enduring harassment from his fiancée, Mohini Pandey, who refused to end her affair with another man. The victim, Hareram Pandey, feared false dowry cases before taking his life. Police found his body days later and registered an abetment case against Mohini and two others. Investigations are underway.
