President Volodymyr Zelensky is set to unveil his “victory plan” for Ukraine to NATO defense ministers in Brussels on Thursday, coinciding with the upcoming US elections. Emphasizing his call for increased Western support, Zelensky will also present his proposal at a nearby EU leaders’ summit.
