After the ECI’s announcement of poll dates, various government departments in Maharashtra removed recently published orders from their official websites due to the enforcement of the model code of conduct. Additional Chief Electoral Officer Kiran Kulkarni stated that the orders were taken down after 3:30 PM on Tuesday, when the poll schedule was announced, but not officially withdrawn.
