Kerala High Court Rejects Actor Siddique’s Bail Application In Sexual Assault Case

The Kerala High Court has denied Malayalam actor Siddique’s anticipatory bail plea in a sexual assault case filed by an actress. The FIR was registered by the Trivandrum Museum Police under non-bailable rape charges. Siddique argued that the allegations arose after he held a press conference with AMMA members after the Hema Committee report on harassment in the Malayalam film industry.
