Jagannath Temple & Konark Temple In Odisha Closed Ahead Of Cyclone Dana’s Landfall

The Jagannath Temple in Puri and the Sun Temple in Konark have been closed as a precautionary measure against Cyclone Dana, as ordered by the Archaeological Survey of India. The cyclone is forecasted to strike Odisha’s coast between Bhitarkanika Park and Dhamra Port from the night of October 24 to the morning of October 25, with wind speeds expected to reach 120 km/h.
