Indian Airlines Hit With Over 250 Hoax Bomb Threats In 10 Days

Indian airlines have been hit with 250 hoax bomb threats over the past 10 days. This severely affected operations and finances of the civil aviation sector. It has incurred losses of 500 crores. Today alone, 27 flights from major carriers like SpiceJet, Indigo, Vistara, and Air India received threats. Civil Aviation Ministry is looking at new laws to address this problem.
