India Signs Agreement With US To Acquire 31 Predator Drones

India has finalized a deal to acquire 31 Predator drones from US defense firm General Atomics, with the agreement signed under a govt-to-govt framework on Tuesday. The Indian Navy will receive 15 Sea Guardian drones, while the Indian Air Force and Army will each get 8 Sky Guardian drones. The ₹32,000 crore deal includes establishing a maintenance and repair facility in India.
