Hydraulic Failure Prompts Air India Express Flight To Declare Mid-Air Emergency

A hydraulic failure prompted an Air India Express flight to declare a mid-air emergency over Tiruchirappalli in Tamil Nadu. The flight, with 140 passengers on board, took off from Trichy airport for Sharjah at 5.43 pm but soon developed a technical snag. As per airport authorities, the pilot alerted the air station about the hydraulic failure.
