Hezbollah Leader Agreed To Ceasefire Prior To His Death: Lebanon Minister

Lebanon’s Foreign Minister Abdallah Bou Habib asserted that ex-Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah had consented to a ceasefire with Israel just before his death in an Israeli airstrike in Beirut. Bou Habib stated that Lebanon communicated this agreement to US and French representatives. Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, had advised Nasrallah to leave Lebanon days prior, he added.
