The Israeli army said on Monday that a commander managing Hezbollah’s funding was eliminated in Syria. The unnamed official led Unit 4400, responsible for transferring funds from Tehran’s oil sales to Hezbollah, according to army spokesperson. Syria’s defense ministry reported that 2 people were killed earlier that day in an Israeli strike on a car in Damascus.
