Telangana Revenue and Housing Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy announced that the state government will provide Indiramma houses to the poor as a Diwali gift. He also cautioned officials to be patient if farmers bring their cotton for cutting, noting that cotton farmers have faced hardships due to this year’s rains. Nine CPI purchase centers have also been established.
