Cyclone Threat Looms Over AP & Tamil Nadu

There is another threat to Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu, as the low-pressure area that formed on Monday in the Bay of Bengal is likely to intensify into a cyclone. The IMD has indicated a possibility of heavy rains in many parts of AP until Dec 24. In this context, the Visakhapatnam Cyclone Warning Center has issued an alert to the District Collectors.
