Justice Sanjeev Khanna To Take Oath As 51st CJI Today

Justice Sanjeev Khanna is set to be sworn in as the 51st Chief Justice of India (CJI) on Monday, November 11. President Draupadi Murmu will administer the oath to him in a special ceremony scheduled for 10 AM. Justice DY Chandrachud’s tenure as CJI concluded on Sunday. Justice Sanjeev Khanna, who will take over from him, is expected to serve as CJI until May 13, 2025.
