The Congress announced 48 candidates for the Bihar assembly elections despite an unresolved seat-sharing impasse with the RJD. Notable names include Jayesh Mangal Singh, Amit Giri, and Abhishek Ranjan. The elections will be held in two phases on November 6 and 11, with vote counting scheduled for November 14, the Election Commission said.
