Cyclone Fengal Weakens, Brings Moderate Rains to Telangana

Cyclone Fengal, which formed over the southwest Bay of Bengal, has weakened into a cyclonic storm near Puducherry, according to the India Meteorological Dept. The cyclone is expected to move into the Arabian Sea today. As a result, rains are forecast to occur in several parts of Telangana until Dec 8. The impact of Cyclone Fengal has led to a reduction in the cold weather in the state.
