A fresh cold wave has tightened its grip on Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, with night temperatures plunging sharply and residents feeling the chill. The RMC has issued an orange alert for 13 districts in Telangana, warning of severe cold over the next two days. In Hyderabad, minimum temperatures are expected to dip to around 12 degrees Celsius.
