CBSE Orders Immediate Third Language Start Despite No Textbooks

The CBSE has directed all affiliated schools to begin third language (R3) classes for Class 6 within seven days of its April 9 circular, even though official textbooks aren’t yet available. Schools must start instruction immediately using local materials and update their chosen third language on the OASIS portal to comply with the urgent mandate.
