Sewage Plant Case: Chargesheet Filed Against Satyendar Jain

The Enforcement Directorate filed a chargesheet against former Delhi minister Satyendar Jain and 13 others under the PMLA for alleged corruption in awarding Delhi Jal Board sewage treatment plant tenders. The probe found involvement in concealing and using ₹17.70 crore proceeds of crime. The complaint was submitted to a Delhi court on December 6.
