No Bribery Charges Against Gautam Adani, Nephew: Adani Group

The Adani Group clarified that Chairman Gautam Adani, his nephew Sagar Adani, and senior executive Vneet Jaain have not been charged with bribery in the recent US indictment. Adani Green, a subsidiary of the group, also dismissed media reports as incorrect in a stock exchange filing, stating no violations of the FCPA were linked to the individuals in the US DOJ indictment or SEC complaint.
