TVK Seeks HC Probe Into Karur Stampede Tragedy

Actor-politician Vijay’s TVK approached Justice M Dhandapani of Madras High Court, urging a CBI or SIT probe into the Karur rally stampede that killed 40 people on September 27. TVK’s legal team also requested suo motu action. The judge directed them to file a petition before the Madurai Bench, set for hearing on Monday.
