IAF Evacuates 300 Indians From Cyclone-Hit Sri Lanka

The Indian Air Force evacuated over 300 Indians stranded in Cyclone Ditwah-hit Sri Lanka to Thiruvananthapuram using IL-76 and C-130J aircraft. Under Operation Sagar Bandhu, IAF helicopters airlifted 57 Sri Lankan Army personnel and 55 civilians, including foreign nationals, from landslide-hit areas, completing more than 12 rescue sorties successfully.
