The FBI has issued a wanted poster for Vikash Yadav, described as a former Indian govt employee, for allegedly directing a foiled assassination plot against pro-Khalistani leader Gurpatwant Singh Pannun on US soil. The Delhi Police’s Special Cell on Saturday arrested Yadav in an extortion case. Earlier, the Indian Ministry of External Affairs confirmed he is no longer a government employee.
