Ektaa Kapoor And Mother Face Legal Charges Under POCSO Act

Producer Ektaa R Kapoor and her mother, Shobha Kapoor, have been charged under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act following allegations of minor exploitation in the web series Gandi Baat. A complaint filed on October 18 claims the series, particularly its sixth season, contained inappropriate scenes featuring minors. The Mumbai police registered an FIR based on the complaint.
