Eknath Shinde’s Party MP Calls For Dismissal Of Opposition Leader’s Election Petition

Ravindra Waikar, Shiv Sena MP from Eknath Shinde’s faction, has opposed an election petition by Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Amol Kirtikar, seeking its dismissal. His lawyer, Anil Sakhare, submitted applications to dismiss petition and strike unnecessary paragraphs. Waikar argues Kirtikar’s claims lack substance and aim to undermine the election process while trying to gain political advantage.
