A Bengaluru commuter claimed a cab driver used a fake app resembling Rapido to inflate his fare from ₹684 to ₹1,084 during an airport ride. The driver allegedly manipulated the displayed price and demanded extra money. The passenger later warned others to verify fares on official apps and avoid paying beyond the confirmed amount.
