CBI And ED Are Favored By BJP: LoP Rahul

Rahul Gandhi said India’s electoral system and key institutions like the CBI and ED have been weaponized to favor the BJP while addressing Berlin’s Hertie School. He claimed the BJP treats institutions as its own, enjoys vastly greater funding, and uses state power against opponents, leaving democratic checks weakened. The BJP rejected the remarks.
