Goa Club Fire: Fugitive Luthra Brothers Arrested In Thailand

Goa nightclub owners Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, who fled India after a deadly fire at their Arpora nightclub ‘Birch by Romeo Lane’, have been detained in Thailand, sources said. The Delhi-based brothers, owners of Romeo Lane outlets in 22 cities and four countries, face culpable homicide and negligence charges and MEA may revoke their passports.
