Delhi Extends EV Policy Till March 2025 Amid Air Quality Concerns

Delhi Chief Minister Atishi announced on November 28 that the city’s Electric Vehicle policy will be extended until March 31, 2025. This extension includes the rollout of subsidies and road tax exemptions that were pending since January 1. The decision was made by the Delhi cabinet due to the ongoing poor air quality in the capital and its surrounding areas, aiming to encourage EV adoption.
