Uttarakhand Bags Best State Award For Fisheries Development

Uttarakhand was awarded the Best State in Fisheries Development by the National Fisheries Development Board on World Fisheries Day, November 21. The state was recognized for initiatives like trout farming expansion, infrastructure development, and market linkages with ITBP. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami congratulated the Fisheries Department and fish farmers for this achievement.
