Investigations reveal Dr. Shaheen led a terror plot recruiting Muslim girls and women, including vulnerable 14 to 18-yr-olds, as human bombs under codenames ‘Mujahid Jangju’ and ‘Mission Kafir.’ Deleted WhatsApp chats exposed her plans. Authorities also found suspicious banking transactions worth over ₹40 crore linked to Dr. Shaheen, Adil, Arif, and Dr. Parvez.
