A report by a Canadian commission said “no definitive link” with a “foreign state” was found in the killing of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar. Nijjar is a Canadian citizen, who was killed in June 2023. The latest report alleged India spread disinformation on Nijjar’s killing, but it contradicted itself by saying Canada could not find a link to a foreign state on his killing.
